_______________________ Hyzenthlady been having fun with a fellow unicorn like herself. She enjoyed the outing so much, she forget about her usual life and her friend Bael as well. Life was beginning to turn out great as she finally settled into the place. She looked around and remembered the lake was bare to the crisp. Did her spell really help it come back to life, as unicorns were magical in that way. Going towards the lake, she bend down and played with the water, it was so nice to feel the water on her skin. "Hello Kaia are you here?" She called out as she remembered the woman, when she was being comforted. She wasn't sure the woman would know her though, as she was a unicorn foal at the time.

"If you were me you'd know...but you're not, so don't think you do." Bael had just left Daisy's office. He was still a bit skeptical about the woman, but she'd been nice to him, and Bael always appreciated niceness above all else. He'd gone there to fill his bag with a few snacks, but he'd also left her a fresh red apple and a PB&J so she'd have something for lunch. It seemed like the proper thing to do. Nova always told him that he couldn't eat just junk food, and he felt he should somewhat relay the message to Daisy since she didn't spend a lot of time in the kitchen. It'd be bad if she fed her baby all bad food and nothing good. He wasn't sure he quite trusted Lyss to provide her with good nutrition just yet, seeing as the man had talked a whole lot about donuts. Bael gave a wry smile imagining the two of them stuffing their faces with junk food.
The little boy was headed to the lake, feeling the need to stretch his legs a bit. The lake seemed like a nice little walk from the office and then he'd double back and go to his room to start on Lyss's 'thank you' drawing. Bael walked up just in time to hear a familiar voice. He practically beamed as he approached the slightly older child. "Who's Kaia," he asked, descending the small slope to the water's edge. He gave a small wave. "How's it going Hyzenthlay?" It had taken forever, but he'd finally learned to say her full name. He hadn't seen her around in a few weeks. Now was as good as ever to catch up.

_______________________ Hyzenthlay have called out the woman's name. It could have been possible she haven't returned back to the lake yet. It was nice day outside and the little girl have been exticted as she was able to run with her own kind here. She never thought there would have been another unicorn around, as their kind was very rare indeed. She played with the water more, hoping the splashes would bring Kaia back to her as she missed her so much. But indeed she heard a familiar voice echoing into her ears. Lifting herself up she watched him and smiled. "Hyia there Bael. Kaia is the woman who keeps the lake pure and sparkling sweetly, you haven't met her?" She asked him.
It have been a while since their last meeting. She grown to trust him, and he was in fact he was able to see her in her true form, met he was pure at heart. "You finally managed to say my name. You can short it if you want", she giggled more as she was so filled with life, "what have you been up too?" She asked him as she couldn't wait to pester the other unicorn more and get back to playing hide and seek the unicorn way.

"If you were me you'd know...but you're not, so don't think you do." Bael looked at the water as Hyze explained this Kaia woman that he'd never met. Pure and sparkly? Defintiely a girl. He wasn't exactly bouncing off the walls to meet the mysterious lake woman. He was betting she was a mermaid or something like that. He wrinkled his nose. If she hung out by the lake all the time, would she look like a fish, or smell like one? Bael shook his head and then gave a small shrug. "No, I don't hang out by the lake a lot. I don't know how to swim." He only played around the pool when someone was there to watch him, or if Alistair was there to swim with him. He didn't want to accidently drown. That was a scary thought.
He grinned a bit when she pointed out that he'd correctly pronounced her name. "I had to learn some day." He noticed that she looked happier than the last time he'd met her. Did she get good news too? They could both share, and have a snack too. He dropped his bag on the ground. "Not much really. I go to classes more often, and I finally got Salem to stop showing up when I'm upset, but I can't summon him just yet." He pulled a kit kat from his bag and handed it to her. "I also know my dad's name, so maybe I can find him one day and leave here." He paused. "Wanna come with me?" He found himself a snicker bar. "What have you been doing?" Hyze was also one of the few people Bael trusted more than anyone else in this world. She was his bestfriend after all. They had to stick together, which was why he was always honest with her and very much open unlike with the other people here at Manson.

_______________________ Hyzenthlady didn't know what speice Kaia was. She only remembered resting with her as she failed to help the lake, and felt she wasn't worthy enough for her. She wouldn't want to share that news as the older unicorn she met, said it was simple she was too young, and the magic on the lake was one powerful magic. Too powerful for the more experience unicorn. He heard Bael saying he wasn't able to swim, Hyzenthlay wasn't able to swim either so it was like they both had something in common. "I can't swim either. But I love the water, looking at it. It as something to do with our specie" she grinned. "Maybe we could learn together?" She suggested. Anything to spend more time with her best friend, in her eyes.
She took the chocolate bar from Bael and smiled at him. "That's great news Bael. I am so please for you." She was happy that he was able to find his father. "So what's his name?" She and looked at him, smiling more. She was really happy, though sad as he could leave until she heard him mentioning that she was able to come with him. "Really? You want me to come with you?" She was so shocked with that question. "I would love to come with you, Thanks for the invited, I can't wait" she smiled and took a bite of the chocolate bar, as she would tell him what she been up too.
"I have found out there another unicorn in this place. A adult one, so I am not the last of kind anymore. So I have been playing with this unicorn, and learning more on my power", she grinned more. "Maybe I introduce you to him one day?" She offered, as she loved spending time with him. He was her best friend and she would do anything with him. "I haven't got any classes yet. I dont know what to do" she grinned more.

"If you were me you'd know...but you're not, so don't think you do." Bael looked down at the lake for a moment. He remembered that a few months ago it had dried up. Everyone had been in a panic and a lot of weird things had started happening. He hadn't felt safe then, but now things were better. It was nice to see the lake back to normal. He turned his attention back to Hyzenthlay as she spoke of how unicorns like the water. He wondered if she could walk on water. It seemed like a silly thing to ask, so he didn't bother bringing it up. "Yeah, we can learn together. First we need to find someone to teach us," he told the unicorn shifter. Bael figured he could go ask Sage. He hadn't seen the silly man in a long time, but was sure the guy would be willing to help a couple of kids if asked politely.
"His name is Amon Vine Strider. Salem told me. I don't know where to find him though. I'm going to search the library for information." He shrugged lightly. Plus he wanted to look up what a halfspawn was. "Of course. You don't belong in a place like this Hyze. You're too nice." He didn't even know why his friend was here. He'd been brought here because Salem had done some cruel things to people, but Hyze didn't seem like the type to hurt others. Bael just hoped he could find his father. Would it take days, or weeks, or months, or years. It had taken him this long to find a name. What if Manson decided he was in control and let him go before he found his dad? Would he be adopted and would his adopted family let him go once he found his father?
Bael was in the middle of chewing when Hyze said she'd found another unicorn. His head snapped up quickly. "Really? I thought you were the last one?" He grinned. "I'm glad you found someone like you. This way, you're not alone anymore." This was excellent news! Plus she was getting to learn more powers. "Sure, I don't mind meeting him," he said with a nod. "You must be really happy." He sat down in the grass. "I don't have to go to class for another hour. We're breaking for lunch. Want to go grab something to eat and then play," he asked.
"I can't drown my demons, they know how to swim."

WILL YOU PLAY ALONG WITH ME Hyzenthlady was looking forward to the lessons with her best friend. She was please to meet him, and she was even getting used to his friends. "Do you still have your tiger friend? Atlas told me tigers are fine. It's lions who used to hunt us" she said. She knew she was scared as she never seen a tiger before. "I was scared of him at first" she admitted and smiled.
"Do you know anyone who can teach us? I know Atlas would do it. Or even the staff member named Bjorn I think I remembered his name correctly" she giggled as she was so exticted to be back with her friend. "I can help you if you want. I am a huge bookworm, and done lot of reading. Though the name doesn't ring a bell to me though" she didn't remember that name. Maybe Atlas would know as he was way older. "Maybe Atlas would know" she said to him.
She hope that he would get out of this place though "I know this place is really scary when alone." She didn't like the other creatures much. "Are you able to control him now?" She asked as she was so happy. "I know I am not the last anymore. But we are the only ones left though." she said to him. "So what should we do now?" She asked him as he normally great in suggestion for something to do.

"If you were me you'd know...but you're not, so don't think you do." "Alistair? Yes. I've always got my familiars with me, even when you can't see them." Bael's familiars were bound to him. He didn't know how, but they were. The demonkeeper was also confident that even though he couldn't currently summon any of his familiars, they would come to his aid if he seriously needed their help. Raising Salem and sending him back had taken a lot out of him, so maybe he was just recovering for the time being. "Yeah, I remember," he said when she spoke of how scared she'd been of Alistair. Bael didn't blame her. He did send Alistair back whenever he knew he'd be meeting with Hyze though. He didn't like it when she was scared. It made him feel bad. Bael didn't question her comment on lions eating unicorns, mainly because he had a friend that was a lion, and he doubted that goofball would hurt anyone. He was probably too clumsy to hunt.
"Hmm, I don't know. I can ask a friend, but I don't know if he can swim or not. Plus I have to find him." Bael shrugged. He listened as she named off two people who could teach them. He was leaning more towards Atlas since he was a friend of Hyze and Bael had yet to meet the man. The staff member would be oka too, but Bael didn't like bothering staff unless it was necessary, they all seemed so busy. Bael found himself a bit skeptical. He didn't think Hyze would like the kind of research he was going to be looking up. Even to him, it seemed ominous. Hyzenthlay had gone on about being pure of heart and a good person, so he didn't want her opinion of him to change. "Er, I'll let you help once I have a lead," he said with an awkward nod.
Bael didn't think Manson was scary, but Hyze was a girl which meant she got scared easily. That was his thought process. He wouldn't make her feel bad by telling her otherwise. If she thought it was scary, he'd make sure that she didn't feel alone. "I wouldn't say I can control him, but I made him go away, at least for a little while. Salem has a strong will." He gave a dismissive shrug. He didn't really want to talk about it. It must be sad knowing that there were only two unicorns left. The world was so big. Why weren't there more? "Is Atlas our age?" He stood up, grabbing his bag. "Let's go get lunch. I'm hungry."
"I can't drown my demons, they know how to swim."

Hyzenthlady smiled, she was please that he was able to tell the higher will one to back off even for a short while. She patted her neck as he didn't need her help for now, which was fine. Hyzenthlady could always do some research on herself and powers while she waited for him to have his lead.
The question about Atlas came up and she shaked her head softly "No, he about 20" she said. She was hungry and having company for food would be great. "Food sounds great!" She said and laughed more, as she laughed more.

"If you were me you'd know...but you're not, so don't think you do." Twenty? He was an adult then. Bael almost asked why she was hanging with someone so old, but then he remembered that this man Atlas was Hyzenthlay's only connection to another unicorn. He would probably feel the same way if he'd met another Demonkeeper. Bael wasn't under the impression that he was the only one, but an older more experienced Demonkeeper could be very helpful. The young boy wondered if his father was a Demonkeeper. Was that how he'd ended up bonded with his familiars? Had he passed on his familiars to his son or was it just complete coincidence. He was willing to bet he'd get some answers out of Alistair sooner rather than later.
Bael started back up the slope towards the canteen. "So he's like a big brother," he asked curiously. The brown haired boy looked over his shoulder at Hyze. "I almost forgot. I'm getting something made for the two of us, but I need something that belongs to you. I'm not telling what it is, because it's a surprise, but I didn't want to take something of yours without asking. I'm not a thief." His yellow wristband said otherwise, but Bael only stole what was a necessity. It didn't make him a thief, it made him a survivalist.
"I think I'm going to get a big fat hamburger from the canteen, with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, ketchup, mustard, and maybe even a few onions. What are you going to eat?"
"I can't drown my demons, they know how to swim."

H Y Z E N T H L A Y Hyzenthlay watched Bael more as they walked together. She enjoyed his company, and couldn't believe he was locked in here too. What did do to be locked in here? She didn't want to pry onto that though. "Oh, I can give you this", she handed him a gold necklace, which she had around her neck. "You can borrow this. It not really needed as much, since I have another unicorn here I can play with", she said. "I can't wait to see it", she loves surprises.
For food she had to think. She didn't know what she was going have, she could have a veggie burger. "I might have a veggie burger. I am not sure yet." She giggled. "I might have something else. I am still getting use to the food here", she was used to eating clovers, flowers and other plants back home. "How about we go and find Atlas after this?" she said to him.

"If you were me you'd know...but you're not, so don't think you do." Bael had actually be relieved that Hyze hadn't asked him why he was here at Manson. He enjoyed her company and he was willing to share a lot of things with her, but he didn't want her to be scared of him. Salem had done a lot of unkind things to people, and he didn't want Hyze to think he was a horrible person because of it. She was his best friend, and he wanted to keep it that way. Even if it meant withholding information. The good thing was that he never had to worry about Salem appearing when Hyzenthlay was around. She never upset him or made him feel bad. She was always so happy and chipper.
The demonkeeper looked at the necklace once it was in his hand. "I don't know if they need to keep it forever or just borrow it," he said with a small frown. He didn't want to bring this to Daisy and not be able to return it. It was such a nice necklace and he couldn't afford to buy Hyze a replacement, especially not anything gold like this. He wondered if Daisy could use a sock instead. "What do you mean that you don't need it because you have another unicorn? This looks important and you shouldn't just give important things away because someone shows up in your life." What is that person decides to leave? Then what will you have? He didn't voice the last part because he knew he was just emotional when it came to abandonment. He didn't want to hurt her feelings either, especially when Hyze finally had another unicorn to be around.
Bael stuck his tongue out. Veggie burger. He'd almost forgotten she didn't eat meat. Made sense since she was a unicorn. It just didn't appeal to him. "What are veggie burgers made of," he asked. He knew vegetables but was it a lot of veggies or just one big patty of carrots or something. "Yeah, there are a lot of choices here," he said with a nod. "I'm definitely getting pickles though," he said with a big smile. "If we have time, then sure. I'm okay with going to see Atlas." He didn't want to be late for his class though. It was gym and Bael liked gym class. He had recently learned how to play soccer.

HYZENTHLADY ESTEVEZ
_______________________ Hyzenthlay unicorn senses he wasn’t happy with you can keep the object comment. But she didn’t really need it again, love was the only thing which unicorns need in their lives. She waited for him to finished comment “well it hard to explain. Unicorns don’t need objects to hold onto things, necklaces can be recreated by my magic. Love is all we need. Love from another unicorn, now I know I am not alone I don’t need this one” she said to him. “I am sure the other one wouldn’t leave without me. I mean we need each other” she chuckled more.
Hyzenthlay laughed more as he comment about the veggie burger. She had to think, but she was sure there were many other veggies. “What I can remember. There are carrots, spinach, peas and broccoli, were mashed into it” she loved the dark green leaves of the spinach. She could eat more of it, if she had a chance. “I don’t know I want on mind, perhaps some cheese!” she got all exticted and wanted to get there quickly. “I am staving now. Come on let’s get there quickly!” She yelled more, as she race towards the canteen area. “I am sure we would have plenty of time to see Atlas”, she grinned.
“Race you!” She challenge him as she started to run faster.

"If you were me you'd know...but you're not, so don't think you do." Bael still didn't agree with it. You couldn't replace something original. Maybe he didn't quite understand the concept of love because he'd never really experienced it. Instead of arguing back and forth about it, Bael decided to let Hyze have her way in regards to whether this was okay or not. "I guess if it's okay with you then it's okay with me. I just don't want you to be upset about it later." He paused. "But if you say that unicorns don't need objects, then I will believe you." He wouldn't want to be her friend anymore if she was lying. He hated liars. Hyze was such a great friend that he'd be upset to lose her over a lie.
Bael wrinkled his nose. "Spinach is gross," he said sticking his tongue out. "And broccoli too!" He wouldn't ever eat that in the canteen or anywhere else. "Spinach looks like leaves," he exclaimed. Maybe it wasn't weird for her since she was a horse, but he couldn't bring himself to eat a leaf shaped veggie. Broccoli, on the other hand, was just plain nasty. In fact, green vegetables in general were weird. Why did they have to be green? But peas were fine. He liked peas, a lot. He snickered as she started on about how she could go for cheese too. "You're going to have a full belly with all that food. I think I'll get peanut butter though."
The demonkeeper's stomach rumbled a moment after Hyze claimed she was starving. "Me too," he commented. "H-hey, why are you running," he asked as she took off. Bael started after her, jogging slowly until Hyzenthlay declared it a race. "No fair, you cheated," he called after her, picking up the pace, all the while laughing.
"I can't drown my demons, they know how to swim."

Hyzenthlay was so exticted as she was enjoyed the time with Bael. She never had this so much fun in a very long time, not since her herd was destroyed right in front of her. She did like to be with Bael forever as she see him as family and that would never ever change. When he mentioned that spinach was gross she laughed a little. “Well you wouldn’t see it as when they mashed together it lit tastier than on it own, but I love green leaves” she grinned as she kept on running looking at him. “Come slow poke” she called out as she ran more, but she didn’t see the hidden stone and tripped over it and landed hardon her knees cutting them and scraping her elbows as well. It stung like a bitch but she didn’t cry or anything, as she’s got up and started to brush the dirt off her, as the blood ran down her legs from the open wound on her knees. “Guess running was a good idea” she put on the brave face on more, as she limped as every step was agony right now.
