It isn't easy to find a peaceful place in Manson but the Quiet Room aims to provide it. The walls are painted in calming neutral colours, with padded mats to help neutralise noises and soft carpeting on the floor. You won't find any chairs here, only bean bags and oversized pillows to lay on. If you want, you can play some calming music and turn off the main lights and just have soft colour changing ones instead. Unless it is in use, this room is always open for students (or staff if they feel the need) to wonder in and out of. If you plan to spend time in it, it is better to let a staff member know though, they always check in to make sure anyone inside is ok anyway.
