So this is my life. A single thought ran through Fabians head as he sat on the floor in the hallway outside his new base classroom and stared at the door. He was less then thrilled to be working at this place but money was money and he had to get it from somewhere, more so if he wanted to pay for his little habit. It seemed ironic getting a addict to school other addicts when you were not clean yourself but it was a fact Fabian had neglected to mention when hired. He did hint towards not being as recovered as they thought but the staff seemed to not really care and just want the teachers, any teachers. Quite what he could offer though, Fabian had no idea and he stared at his hands as a small pool of water emerged and he cupped it to throw over his face. “Never again..” he mumbled getting to his feet with a crack of bones and wondered down the hall a little way yawning as he went and showing signs of no sleep. Coffee did little to change this state, a needle was a hell of a lot more effective but no a option right now so a legal high would have to do.
The staff room was around here somewhere, near the library if memory severed correctly. Which it often didn’t and after ten minutes of walking corridors Fabian did come to the door. “Oh for Christ sake.” He groaned giving the door a swift kick with his shoe as his eyes caught the keypad, he was told the number but damn it if he remembered what it was. Punching in a number the door still remained locked and a quick glance down the hallway showed nobody was around to ask to be let in. Being the stubborn type he was unlikely to asked for help any and just look through the window in the door, almost able to smell the caffeine call to him. This just wasn’t his day, or week for that matter but as always for when things don’t go your way. Cheat.
Checking again nobody was coming Fabian quickly formed a pool of water in his hands again by drawing it from the air and shot a spray of water over the lock, quickly cooling it to freeze, crack and break the stupid damn keypad off the door. With a triumphant smile Fabian picked the device up and wondered into the staff room and dropped the lock to one side. He was pretty sure he can’t be the first to have done such a thing and if he was then the stories of how troubled and bad the students were here were greatly exaggerated. The lesson here was simple though, don’t stand between Fabian and caffeine.

Her parents thought she needed help. Her parents failed to mention she wasn’t human her whole life until she found out a week before she came here. She always wanted to go to London, but just not this way. So what, she was a dealer and a damn good one at that. Hell she even had dealt to the school officer and had gotten high with him. He would even pull her out of class to get high with him. Sara walked threw the halls and groaned as people shoved past her. “Cows.” She muttered under her breath. She wasn’t in a good mood. She was sober and needed her lovely little fix. She didn’t want news to get out that she had things that quite a few people here needed. She didn’t know if she would be able to get more or when she would be able to. It didn’t seem they honestly cared that she had what she had. They didn’t even check her begs to make sure she didn’t have any. Today’s classes were far done and most people were just in the halls for the hell of it. She didn’t understand why they were in the halls. She just wanted to find a place that she could get her fix. She heard the teachers lounge was easy to get into. Even more so for someone who could do what ever she pleased with metal. It would have made her life so much easier in the past if her parents let her know about her little power. Sure as hell beats trying to pick a lock when you can just bend the metal or melt it. She turned down the hall way and made her way towards the teachers lounge. She pressed her ear against the door and didn’t hear anyone inside. “Score.” She grinned and with a wave of her hand the door was opened. She looked around the room it looked a lot like the one back at her old high school. Couches, coffee maker, food venders, the smell of sweat, cigarettes, and sex? “Interesting.” She made her way over to the couch and sat down. She searched her pockets for everything she wanted.
She pulled out a small mirror, razor, bag of coke, and a dollar bill. “Perfect.” She quickly opened the bag and started making her lines of coke. She soon had four neat and perfect lines that were just screaming her name. She quickly rolled up the dollar into a tube shape and snorted all four lines quickly. “Ahh.” She sighed happily and melted into the couch at the drugs reeked their chaos on her brain and body. She pulled out her cigarettes and lit one. She was in her own little world, her body tingled as the drugs flowed threw her, her heart rate picked up and her pupils dilated. The clear signs she was on something. She soon pulled out a bowl and some weed and started smoking that. She didn’t really care if she got caught and didn’t think there was too good of a chance she would get caught. After all it was after school hours so the teachers should all be gone. She didn’t hear the small commotion out side of the door, and nearly jumped out of her skin as the door flew opened. Her heart sped up and she looked around quickly for a place to hide, but it was nearly impossible to hide after all she had quite a bit of drug paraphernalia sitting out in front of her and a lit cigarette in hand. “Fucking shit.” She groaned. She looked up at the person who entered the room. ‘Great a teacher. Fucking hell what kind of trouble am I going to get into now?’ She got a better look at the teacher and saw that he didn’t look too well. She didn’t and couldn’t really get up off of the couch let alone try to walk. “Umm. Heh. Hi.” She grinned. A black 69 eyes shirt hugged her body and a pair of black tight fitting jeans hugged her hips. A pair of knee high boots were slightly hidden under her jeans.

Once he had something in him Fabian would be better, he wasn’t a great eater as drugs tended to take away any appetite but he was almost always thirsty. He needed to make sure he drank a lot or he did get ill and couldn’t control water any more, coffee didn’t exactly rehydrate him but he felt better for it. Walking in it was impossible not to smell the drugs in the room and see the girl clearly high. Looking her over with a raised eyebrow, this was one mess Fabian couldn’t be dealing with now.“Right...Whatever.” he mumbled with a shake of his head and turned to work the coffee machine. “Teachers are getting younger and younger, this place really hires anyone. Hired me for a start..” Fabian mumbled into his coffee mug as he leaned on the counter into the inky dark liquid. They really needed better locks on the staff room door. Glancing back to the Sara he slightly wishing he could get high without consequence like her, really standards must be slipping it was almost not even funny the amount this girl had on her and nobody noticed. He guessed he should do something even if it was sit her up more so she didn’t choke on her own vomit when she inevitably passed out. Had she been in the streets then she be left to sort herself out but here things were different, they had to be. “Your a idiot, you know that.” he added wondering over and looking down at the vacant girl with a faint frown, not as she was taking drugs as that would be a bit hypocritical but for making it so damn obvious. But she actually was still somewhat with it even if she sound less then coherent. “Hello.” He replied to her with a hint of sarcasm and dropped down into the seat next to her, blowing on his drink slightly to cool it.
“Coffee? Water might actually be better, not like you need more drugs in you.” He said blankly placing his drink down on a low table in front and glanced to her again. Might as well make a friend out of her while he could, Lord knows they will be wanting to burn effigies of him soon enough. He wasn’t sure what she had taken but from the powder around her nose he had a few guesses. Fabian himself though was more of a needle guy, it was more dignified in his mind then snorting something up your nose, even for a addict he wanted to keep some decorum. Getting to his feet he wondered over to a water cooler but it was empty bar a small drop so grabbing a plastic cup he just drained what was in there and placed it in front of her, focusing on the cup a moment with his hand as the level rose and two small ice cubes formed. It wasn’t his best trick but then Fabian was kind of dehydrated himself and the room was stuffy so there wasn’t much moisture he could draw from.
