Lights flickered to life in an appearently empty cell. A pair of bright green eyes glittered beneath the bed, blinking once, then twice. Her stomach growled hungrily, a small girl crawled out from under the bed. Cat stood only 3 feet hieght with a wicked smile on her face. In her hands she held a teddy bear nearily as large as her torso. Her pale hair was a tangle of curls and knots almost down to her knees. The dress she was wearing dangled off one sholder, and she was very thin. Cat had been asleep, missing for the better part of a year and half. Pulling her blanket from her bed Cat wrapped it around herself like a cloak to keep warm. Reaching out with her influence she called to the guards she could sense to come and feed her. Capturing thier minds, she fed postive emotions to them. The ones effected by her influence looked glassy eyed and had a dopey grin on thier faces. She had reached a few of the guards on the floor above but they were sadly stopped at the door. The level three guards she captured sat in a huddled group. They couldn't get in and she couldn't get out. Her influence was paper thin with them. The guards on her own floor walked like automatons. She was feeling much better as thier postive emotions started flowing around her. ( sorry that its short, i was typing on my phone) DAMIAN NYLE HAYES

I AM THE POISON,
YOUR ANTIDOTE WON'T CURE.
He was finally back at work. All the guard had needed was some rest and recooperation, even if he'd have argued otherwise. The Naga may have slightly enjoyed his forced time off, but he'd much rather be at Manson were he was actively doing something. Damian wasn't much for sitting around and twiddling his thumbs all day. It was rather tidious to be confined to his cabin, almost like watching paint dry. Today was the first day back. He'd been assigned to survellance for the time being, to which he'd hissed in reply, 'Does it look as if I need to be coddle? I don't need to take it easy, I need to work.' His arguement had fallen on deaf ears, and the man was snarky enough to claim the events that were occuring within the secure ward was the fault of the people that had pulled him off his normal patrols, even if the culprit resident was a level below his training. Damian just wanted an excuse to blame the people in charge for the slightest of misfortunes. He'd been filling out logs when he'd noticed a change in the patrol patterns. Guards on Level 3 were huddled at a single door and guards in the basement were walking around like machines. The Naga turned his gaze to check the monitors on Level 1 and 2 guards before initated protocol, which was to contact the guards on that floor and figure out what was going on. The targets had clearly been staff only, not residents. He'd got in touch with a few guards, but none seemed aware of what was happening or where the source of the problem was. Damian came to the conclusion that whoever was causing this was in the basement. He stood up after letting the other guard in the room know where he was headed. The trip to the basement wasn't too bad. He may or may not have roughly handled the guards blocking his path, but they'd be fine once they were released from whatever influence they were under, aside from a few bumps and bruises. He just wasn't in the mood to play nice. The man stopped in the entrance to the basement. He felt something almost like a pull as pleasant thoughts flooded his mind. The Naga snapped back to reality, his icy blue eyes changing to snake eyes. Damian didn't do positive emotions. He moved through the hall, checking every door until he came upon a child, wrapped in a blanket. Hadn't this room been empty for nearly a year now? Damian couldn't remember, but looking into that small childish face, he knew he recognized it, but from where? Had the room not been vacant? Had it just been quiet, the calm before the storm? Heh, not surprising. "Game over, kid." He wasn't dumb enough to just open the door without knowing what this girl was capable of. She had afterall caused quite the stir in such a short time. He radioed up that he'd found the source and that he needed information on her asap. She had to be a resident, but he patrolled these halls on a daily basis, where had she come from? Notes: No worries, it was fine

Tipping her head back Cat stared up the tall man standing outside her cell. She was aware of when her toy soldiers went down one by one. Each of them was a light in her mind that flickered out as they lost consciousness. She is not amused by the time he's stood beside her. Waving her right hand, her cherry red bracelet was visible and her teddy bear peeking out from her blanket looked ragged and worn.
Sending her influence out she called to the guards she could sense, to rise and fight. They whined and shifted before falling back to sleep. She encouraged them to try by soothing aches and pains, but no dice. She turned her attention to the man standing outside her cell, and focused all her efforts on bewitching him. " You broke my toy soldiers." She glared at him with all the offense of an offended kitten. Cat almost pouted at the door.
Taking a step forward closer to the door with all her strength, Cat threw a tantrum. Her stomach growled hungrily again reminding her that she hadn't eaten. She took another step towards the door. Cat wobbled and collapse to the ground in a heap. She wanted to distract him from information about her.
Her hearing was muffled by walls of her cell. As soon as he picked up his radio and asked who she was. A voice soon came back over the radio. It was reading from her file: "Name Catherine Martin aka "Cat", Succubus, with a preference for bewitching people into caring for her by getting them addicted to the postive engery she produced and feeding on them untill they are dead or insane. Arrived in April, 2017 Status unknown (she had been missing since late July or early aug 2018) ,Age unknown physically and mentally apperently a child between 3 to 6 years old, threat level level four of the violent type. Incidents involving her: she has bewitched the staff at least twice, and hid from another involving an illusion of blood and gore (after in this incident her cell was searched and 3 razor blades were found included one hidden inside her teddy bear, and she was moved to a different holding cell for the night), she been found with contraband ( razors) at least 3 times, and once she turned med bay into her own personal torture chamber and commenced torturing a resident. Physical appearance: it can vary but her dominant appearance is that of a 5 year old girl aprox 3 feet who has large bright green eyes and pale hair down her back. Feeding habits she feeds on the emotional response of those around her, postive emotions mostly and negative emotions have a marked effect, though she can eat traditional food."

I AM THE POISON,
YOUR ANTIDOTE WON'T CURE.
Damian spotted the bracelet on the child's wrist and knew that it meant she'd been placed with the violents. No surprise considering she'd ended up locked away in the secure facility. Even children could act like spawns of satan. He disregarded the blanket and teddy bear that she seemed so fond of. Damian had learned long ago not to underestimate the residents here, no matter how small they were. They could be equally as a full grown adult. That's just the way things were in a place like this. Damian smirked as the girl gave glared at him and accused him of breaking her toys.
"Maybe they shouldn't have been in my way," he suggested with a dry tone. He'd simply subdued them, to ensure that the task at hand was completed without fail. That task being getting to the source and finding a way to eliminate it. Okay, maybe eliminate was a harsh word. Damian supposed subdue would work just as well. As the girl moved closer to the door, Damian lowered his gaze to keep her in his sights. When she suddenly started throwing a temper tantrum, he focused on whatever was being said over the radio. The blue eyed male didn't even care that the child had collapsed. She'd be okay for a few more moments. He'd fathered enough children to know that she was just trying to get his attention.
Catherine Martin. The name sounded familiar. Succubus. That explained why all the guards had been trying to get to her, even more so when the man explained that she used her powers as a way to feed. Positive energy huh? Cat had picked the wrong day to try and pull a stunt like this. Damian didn't do positivity. "You'll starve to death before you feed off of me," he told her. "Roger that, thanks for the info. I'll handle her for the time being. Get medical over here to check over the down guards and see if we can find a few guards to replace them." If push came to shove he'd call Fabian, but for now, Damian didn't think it was necessary. He was still following protocol.
"Look, Martin, I don't negotiate with terrorists, so you're going to get off that floor and cooperate or I'll lock you in solitary in a special cell where you won't be able to so much as taste an emotion." That wasn't a threat either. It was a promise. "You've caused more trouble than you're worth." Damian didn't care to deal with residents below his assignment, even if he was properly trained to deal with all levels. "Since you eat normal food, I'll take you to the canteen, but before that you're going to release my coworkers." It wasn't a suggestion. Now that he knew who this girl was, it was coming back to Damian bit by bit. This was the resident that had suddenly disappeared without a clue. Busy day that had been.

Cat debated fallow his orders or calling his bluff. On the one hand if she didn't she would starve until he or someone else decided to let her out an unknown time later. She didn't know the cell he was talking about, she had never been placed there. At least that she was aware of. On the other, she would get okay food but she would have to release her toy soldiers and food source. It wasn't an easy choice for her and she actually took time to think about it. Both options had conquences and opportunities to be gained. Opening her eyes , she shifted to look up at him and asked " and if i say ' No' to letting my toy soldiers go? Or if I dont "cooperate"?" She said the word hesitantly as she wasn't sure of the meaning.
Shaking her head she told him, " I wouldn't starve, just get sick. Too many Negative emotions give me a tummy ache or make me dizzy and sleepy, depending. Unless you have no emotions period then i might starve i suppose. Or locked up in that room for a long time maybe, not sure. Never been there before. " Yawning, Cat closed her eyes and tried to find the engery to move. Snuggling into the side of her blanket. She didn't really care if he decided she wasn't cooperating. Her engery was about used up, without a means to get more. She was annoyed that he broke them so quickly.
She didn't want to give up her toy soldiers, no matter the consequences. Cat was still hoping they might feed her when they woke up. She had vaguely heard the request, to check them over." Don't wanna give up my toys, meanie." ( feel free to do whatever, she is calling his bluff)

Damian was not the type of man to bluff. Whatever 'threats' read promises, escaped his mouth would always match their weight in gold. The Naga didn't believe in wasting his time by coddling patients and trying to get them to see reason. He ran on a 'it's my way or the highway' type deal. Not saying that Damian was pushy or unreasonable, but unlike some of his coworkers, he found negotiating time consuming. Residents that felt as if they had a choice in matters tended to manipulate their way into things a bit more costly than freedom. Yes, the residents had rights, but there was a fine line between rights and twisting someone around your little finger just because you couldn't get your way.
The Naga could stand here all day waiting for the child to make a decision. He was in no rush. Her hesitation meant she was actually considering it. That or she was trying to play him for a fool. If he determined that Cat was indeed weighing her options instead of trying to devise an elaborate plan, he might be willing to dial back a little and see if they could come to some sort of agreement. The last thing he wanted to do was to wrestle with a resident. He'd only just returned to work. He wanted to stay here for a little while before someone landed him back in the medical wing and possible bed rest.
"You say no and I will personally escort you to solitary confinement." His ice blue eyes were unwavering. He meant every word. "There you will remain until I or someone of equal and higher rank determines you're safe enough to mingle with your peers." Or a counselor. They always seemed to but in like they owned the place. 'So and so can't be in isolation, it's bad for their health.' He hated when they said such stupid things. His response was always somewhere along the lines of, 'You know what's bad for people's head, being beheaded by the resident that you want to keep out of isolation.' Most cases weren't that extreme, but he'd seen staff and residents alike get hurt because someone had lost control or decided they wanted to watch others bleed.
"I guess you're going to be sick to your stomach then." The man smirked as she explained the only way she'd starve would be without emotions. "That can be arranged." Isolation would be the perfect spot for her. Of course he couldn't not feed her, but he could deprive her of sustenance just long enough to get his point across. He leaned back, the straps of his vest straining against the tension. "Kid, you haven't seen mean." He radioed in again. "I'll be taking Miss Martin to solitary confinement. She refuses to follow the rules and release the staff." He opened the door using the light green bracelet that allowed them to get inside and out of certain places. "Let's go. Now." If he had to wrestle a child up off the floor today, it would be a bad day for everyone. The rest of the shift would be hell to pay for anyone in his way.

The next thing cat heard was the sound of her door opening and closing again. The door scraped against her knees before she pulled her legs back out of the way. Footsteps stopped a few inches from her and the mean man ordered her to get up, they were leaving...now. Opening one eye she was looking at the man's feet, shifting slowly Cat sat up and whined at him. In her left hand she still held her teddy bear, and her right clutched her blanket. Pausing for a moment to rest, Cat hugged her bear to her chest. Her eyes were large and sad and she pouted at him. " Do I have to go alone or can Teddy keep me company? I'm scared to go alone...." Her teddy had a torn spot in the back that she was hiding where she kept some treasures she didn't want to give up.
Today her teddy was holding 4 glorious treasures( contraband): a razor blade wrapped in brown paper she had found, two free passes, both stolen one real the other, an art project that she had made with some paper and a colored pencil. It looked sort of right if you didn't look too hard at it. And finally it held a copied ( and busted) staff wristband. It was said such a wrist band could open any door in the place, and she wanted to try it. She had planned to try both the passes and the wristband before she had her nap bit didn't get a chance to. Maybe today or tomorrow night would be the time to give it a try if he let her keep her teddy. She wasn't lying she really did want to keep her teddy bear with her and not just becuase it was hiding treasures, it was spacial to her. Her brother had given it to her as a Christmas present. It Would Upset Her badly If She Was Forced To Leave It Behind.
Standing up slowly, she was wobbly from lack of food. Standing up straight she stood no higher than his hip without a free hand, she still held blanket in her dangling hand and teddy firmly under the other arm. Tilting her head back to look up at him, she yawned and blinked slowly. She Would Fight Him If He Made Her Leave Her Toy Behind Or Tried To Take It From Her. But She Had Little Strength Left. If He Actually Tried He Probably Could SuccessfulLy Take It And Find Her Hidden Treasures. She Just Might Throw Tantrum AfterWards.

I AM THE POISON,

Cat's insistent whining was about as pleasant as metal against metal. No matter how much of a child she appeared to be, Damian wasn't going to roll over and play nice. Children at Manson were sometimes children only in appearance. "You can keep the bear after I check it over." He wasn't going to get a phone call tomorrow about how this kid had shanked a guard because he'd failed to do his job. He held out his hand, waiting for her to hand the bear over. Damian wasn't completely heartless, he'd seen a few kids walking around Manson clutching small stuffed animals as if it were their lifeline. Sometimes it was a comfort object, sometimes it was the only thing they had left from their original homes, and sometimes it was just a distactor from the true terrors of what that child was capable of.
When the child refused to hand over the bear, keeping it tucked firmly under her arm Damian frowned. "If you don't hand it over it's going to stay in this room until you return." The Naga waited for another few moments before he reached down and tugged on the thing's leg. Not as firm as if she'd been holding a deadly weapon. He didn't want to rip it by accident if it were fragile. Still it took about five seconds of tug of war until he finally just snatched it from her grip. Damian retrieved a single glove from his pocket, put it on, and started to search the bear. He shot her a displeased look as he found her stash. "Contraband." The single word left his lips as he placed the razors in a flap on his vest. The free passes were next. One was real, the other fake. "Won't be using these after you decided to hide razors." But that wasn't all! She had a staff's wrist band too. Damian breath in just a bit to see if there was a familiar scent, but it didn't belong to anyone he knew. Good.
If she'd been cooperative he'd have tossed the bear back to her, but now he was going to hold onto it until they got to isolation. "That's strike two," he told her. "Three strikes and you can kiss your bear goodbye." He was going to have to document this in his report. Lovely. Just what he needed, more paperwork. "Are you ready to start behaving now? Or are we going to continue to have a problem?"

Her bear slid from under her arm, after a few seconds of tugging surprisingly gently on it. She made no move to give it up but only had a few seconds of engery to fight with him over it. Her left arm dropped simply to her side and she started twisting it in her skirt.
Cat nodded sadly, not daring to try for her bear, she might be able to reach it barely if she threw everything she had into the leap. The usual response would be simply to raise it above his head where she would never reach it. He was too tall and she was too little. She decided that she could wait and hope that she would get it back. Even if she got hold pf it which was a very large if, she likely wouldn't be let keep it for long and it probably be damaged in the scuffle. It was too important to her to let it get damaged. She didn't want her toy torn apart, before her eyes. Besides that she was too sleepy, she looked on unconcerned about the things he found hidden inside her teddy bear and pocketed. His disapproval was lost on her, she didn't know why he was upset. " Why Two Strikes, when Only One Contraband?"
She thought he did a weird thing when he sniffed the wristband before, pocketing it too. Cat was wondering what would happen to her hidden treasures. Would he keep them for himself or break them? She thought he seemed interested in the wristband. She didn't understand his remarks on the passes, it made no since to her. " why is " Hidden Razors" bad? Are not Hidden razors better?" Her now depressingly free hand covered a large yawn and she was having hard time speaking coherently. Shaking her head to clear it, she stepped forward and spoke clearly " i'm ready to go and behave? Do you actually need my to cooperation? " she was curious what he would be willing to do with or without her cooperative actions.
( they probably should move on to solitary, since she is getting closer and closer to falling over for real)

I AM THE POISON,
YOUR ANTIDOTE WON'T CURE.
How could something so physically weak have turned so many guards into puppets? Damian was digusted with the fragile minds of his coworkers. Allowing themselves to be swayed by something with as much energy as a dying battery. To make matters worse they'd been swayed by a child, who'd been locked inside of a cell, with no proper means to escape. She couldn't even put up a decent fight to keep her precious teddy bear. It could have all been a front, but Damian was under the impression that Little Miss Martin here had expended most of her energy pulling that stunt. No wonder she'd been so disheveled when she'd learned he was the culprit that had shut down her....fun wasn't the right word. He'd simply cut her meal short.
When the child finally gave in and started to show some compliance, he felt the onset of a smile tugging at the corners of his mouth, but he resisted the urge. Damian didn't want to smile because Cat was adorable, although if he'd been a much different person he would think just that. No, he wanted to smile because no matter how much people wanted to argue, compliance through control was surefire every single time. "One for not releasing the staff and another for the contraband," he explained. He knew better than to ask, 'any more questions?' Children tended to talk your ear off if given the chance. No oppurtunity was missed when it came to tiny humans and their desire for knowledge.
Be his luck it didn't matter if he opened the floor to more questions. She was already asking another. One that made about as much sense to him as his giving two strikes made to her. "Contraband is contraband. Hiding it is worse than having it in plain sight. You're being sneaky which implies that you're up to no good." Everyone was up to no good in Damian's eyes, but she didn't need to know that. It just meant she was up to extra the amount of bad deeds. Either way it looked as if the child before him was about to tumble over into a coma. He'd ignored her yawning and sleepy expressions, but it was becoming apparent to him that her earlier words were true. Negative emotions made her sick, dizzy, sleepy. He might be the cause of her current state. Better sleepy than fighting him.
"We're exiting Miss Martin's room. We'll be en route to solitary," Damian called over the radio after Cat had confirmed that she was indeed ready to leave and even behave. It sounded like a question, but he wrote it off for the time being. "You can hardly stay awake. I don't need your cooperation. It just makes this a lot easier." He walked at a normal pace for himself, which was generally a bit brisk because the Naga always moved with a purpose. It didn't take long to realize that Sleepy was falling behind. He stopped long enough for her to catch up. Originally he'd intended to grab her by the scruff of her dress, but he realized almost a second too late that it was too big. He'd nearly dropped her. A quick save ended with her tucked firmly under his arm.
"Where exactly have you been the past year and a half," he asked. Maybe she'd answer some of his questions and he could put that in his report to. The more you knew, the better equipped everyone would be. He didn't care for everyone, not in the least, but if they were informed it made his life easier. He didn't like cleaning up other people's messes.

Fallowing behind as quickly as possible Cat's head bobbled as she walked into the corridor half in a dream. She was blindly fallowing along and didn't even notice when he stopped to wait for her. A hand seize the back of her dress, and she felt Herself Slipping. Cat squirmed in panic as she slipped half out of her too large dress. Her Vision disappeared into her dress collar.
Her world spun as she was lifted off her feet and flipped over as he readjusted his hold so that she was carried like a pile of books under one arm. The fabric covering her eyes was pulled away as she was settled into her different hold. Her arms were trapped at her side one against his chest the other against his arm. She could not begin to struggle even n if she had wanted to.With him in physical contact with her the effects he had on her doubled abruptly. His emotions beat at her, and she absorbed some through her skin. She threw up or rather tried to, but nothing came up because she hadn't eaten in over a year. Cat hung her head weakly, not bothering to look where they were going. She did try to mumbled an apology, " Sorry...I got sick. I feel a little bit better now." She just hung there and breathed slowly. " I was asleep... came out cuase i was really hungry...starving? Went to sleep after the boy in the hospital didn't want to play with me. He got scared and I got sick. Really really sick. Was hungry before so i went looking for good food. I didn't find it.. So I slept in the shadows under my bed. I crawled into the shadows under my bed that night." Coma or hibernation might be the better word to describe what happened.
Cat eyed her bear on the other side of the man carrying her and smiled at it. Her right hand still clutched her blanket which shifted back and forth as they walked. She thought they must look funny at the moment. " I found good food until you broke my toy soldiers before i could get any...."

I AM THE POISON,
YOUR ANTIDOTE WON'T CURE.
When was the last time he'd held a child in his arms? Damian honestly couldn't remember. He didn't exactly make it a habit of carrying small children from destination to destination and all of his children were adults by this point. The last time he'd helped father a child had been thirty something years ago. He didn't miss it in the least. Unlike some people who had fond nostalgic memories whenever they held a child, he didn't. It had just been another passing moment in his life. Nothing special about it.
His gaze dropped to the girl as she started to dry heave. "Do not throw up on me," he told her with enough hostility to burn the world down. Damian did not do vomit. He gave a heavy sigh when she apologized. The man just wasn't soft enough to feel sympathy for her. He knew she was tired, it didn't take a genius to know that, and after her little hibernation, she was probably starving too. It would make sense as to why she'd pulled in so many guards with so little energy. Hunger made you do some really desperate things. He knew from personal experience. Her stomach had to be empty. At least he didn't have to worry about tarnishing his uniform. When she confirmed his thoughts he relaxed a little. "Well, you've been sleeping for over a year. Perhaps you should stop bothering people. Save everyone a lot of trouble, including you."
The Naga stepped over the limp bodies of his coworkers as he made his way through the door. "The staff are not your food, Martin. You want food, ask for it and they will take you to get it. Throwing a temper tantrum and acting like an entitled little brat will get you nowhere." Not with Damian around. He just didn't have the time of day to put up with nonsense. When they had arrived at their destination he placed her on the ground. Dropping her had crossed his mind, but she probably would just crumple to the floor and that wouldn't look good on camera. He had no doubt this would be reviewed. Normally Damian wouldn't have released the resident until they were safe with the confines of the room, but he was offering her a chance to redeem her bear. He opened the door and ushered her in with a small shooing motion. "Go on," he spoke. To an adult, it would have been condescending, which was typically his goal in cases like these. Most adult residents were a pain in his ass, and therefore subject to belittling. In Cat's instance, it was more encouragement than anything. One would not catch Damian using such a word to describe his actions though.

Being set on her feet again Cat stood staring at the door they had arrived at. After a few moments the door was pushed open by the taller man and. It looked dark inside and she hesitated. She could try to run, but she didn't think she would get more than three steps. She didn't know what her third strike would be. Running away would probably quilify in his eyes." If i go in i get Teddy to stay wil me? You promised." She wanted to make sure before she went inside. " if i go inside am i stuck alone for ever and ever?" She tilted her head up to speak to him and she blinked sleepy. " Will you feed me? There i asked." She was alittle bit more awake, but not by much. His engery had revived her engery like a battery some What But It Wasn't Enough To Cuase Havok And Besides She Did Promise To Be GooD.
Taking one tiny little step towards the door, she half stumbled as she crossed the threshold and sat just inside the door. She held her hands out for her bear, looking sad and alone with only her blanket half in and half out of the door. She had dropped it as she had stepped inside needing her hands to balance herself." How do you decide if someone is safe to 'mingle with peers 'what ever that means?" She was drooping but she wanted her bear back badly. Cat mumbled half asleep, " You promised... I could have teddy back after you checked him, you checked him, i want him back. " she was starting to get upset again thinking that she might have to spend forever without Teddy. Her eyes filled up with tears as she made herself more and more upset. " please.." cat was almost in panic and was getting ready to try and get out the door again to grab her toy.

I AM THE POISON,
YOUR ANTIDOTE WON'T CURE.
It would have been almost commical to see the child running down the halls. She'd barely been able to walk, so he could only imagine how well that would have turned out. He estimated that he'd have to take somewhere between one and three steps to catch up. "I promised you nothing," he told her. Damian didn't make promises he couldn't keep. Hell, he'd made a promise a few weeks back to protect not one, but two students with his life. He'd nearly lost his life in the process. No one could ever deny that he was a man of his word. "You won't be stuck here for forever. If you behave it'll probably be a day or two, but that's up to someone else's discretion." He paused, realized that she didn't seem to have understood the bigger words he'd used earlier and decided to speak on a child's level. Maybe it would make the process easier. "If you are good and do what they tell you, someone will come let you out. If you are bad, you have to stay here, but not forever." There, he wasn't putting it any simpler. He didn't have time to do baby talk.
He grinned when she finally decided to use her words instead of throw a temper tantrum. "I'll have someone bring you food up." Whoever it was would be in a better mood than himself. She would probably get double the meal, physical food and emotional. Goody her. It wasn't intentional, but not many people were worse off in the attitude department than Damian. At least not in security. He liked to think the dragon had him beat by a mile. Old age would do that to you.
He only looked at her as she held her arms out for her bear, but he following question threw him off. It had been unexpected. "For starters, you could stop trying to make everyone your toys," he reiterated. "When you can do that, maybe your counselor will tell the staff that you play with the other kids around here. Draining the life out of someone doesn't make for a good first meeting." He didn't budge as she started getting upset about the bear. He opened his mouth to tell her once again that being a brat wasn't going to make things better, but then she went and said please. "Much better." He extended his arm and dropped the stuffed animal into her outreached hands. "Someone will bring you food shortly. Don't make me come back down here." He didn't have to worry about her reaching anymore guards while the door was closed. The statement was more of a buffer than anything. Now, there was the chance that whoever came down to feed her might become a victim, but Damian would find a strong willed guard to deliver. With that he started for the double doors so he could go back to his post.
