Why you should join us!
I know what it is like to see a site and not know if I should join or not. Hopefully by reading the reasons below we can convince you to click the create a new account link (:
Reason 1We are unique! As far as I know there are not many supernatural asylum sites around. We offer the best of both, a asylum site and a chance to play a supernatural creature. I mean, who doesn't want to play a psychotic pyromanic vampire?!?Reason 2Open to all character types (within reason). Unlike other sites which might have rules to what characters you can make, we are pretty relaxed. If you want to make a vampire/were hybrid then go aheadThe only time you may be told to change a character is if you have something going glaringly against the site theme, (for example, purely human characters are the only thing that is fully not allowed -gifteds are ok.) Any problems with a character you make, you will politely PMed and told why and what needs to be changed.
Reason 3We have a relaxed atmosphere. RPing is meant to be fun after all! We don't like drama, at least out of RPs. Any problems we deal with civilly through PMs and away from members who are not involved to keep drama to a minimum. Thought to be honest in5Seven? (need to update this more lol) years we have been around, we haven't had any big issues or real need to, so whatever we are doing to keep things calm seems to be working!Reason 4
We offer cupcakes, not just cookies (or whatever the current trend is to send to people..)Reason 5Short word count. We don't have a set amount of words you have to meet, just ask that you post at least a paragraph. We know there are days your muse is hard to find, but we think that just being allowed to write through it with no pressure on the word count often helps more then not allowing someone to post at all.Reason 6Always something happening. New site events are often added for members to take part in, or not if they don't want to (: There are a great way to get everyone RPing together or new plots blooming. Never bad thing right?Reason 7Sexy admins...Reason 8Friendly members. We hate cliques here so encourage everyone to get to know each other and do multi rps, and offer the chance to advertise your open threads in a number of ways so you get a rp partner. If you find yourself lacking someone to post with then the staff are always happy to post with members, lets face it, we have no life or anything better to do, or maybe that is just me...Reason 9We have many IC extras for you to develop your character with. Including a 'Money System' where your character can earn money for posting, which can be spent in our Shop where you can buy items for your character. Some items will influence your character in RPs (if they have something they shouldn't...
